Responsible Adult for Junior Teams

As Team Captain, I confirm that I am over 18 and have the authority from my organisation/club to act as the responsible adult for this junior team entry. I understand that I am responsible for safeguarding the welfare of the young people taking part, making sure they are safe while taking part and collecting all the required permissions from their parents/guardians.

You can only purchase a place if you are a UK based rowing club or based outside the United Kingdom. All other entries must select "Fundraising" in Team Type above.

If you are a UK based rowing club, you have the option to purchase a place or can take place as a fundraising team.

Fundraising Place - Details of Charities to be supported

If you have selected "Fundraising Place" in the Team Type field above, there is no entry fee for the event. However, by taking part, you commit to your team fundraising at least £500 through taking part in the event.

When you complete your team registration, we will send you details of how to set up a Team fundraising page on Given Gain, our fundraising platform. Funds will be directed to London Youth Rowing automatically from Given Gain.

At least 50% of the funds raised will go to London Youth Rowing, to support their work helping young people get physically active and fulfil their potential through rowing.

If your team would like to support a second charity of your choice alongside London Youth Rowing, please enter the details in the section below. You can add this charity as a a second charity on Given Gain (as long as they are registered on the platform) and funds raised will be automatically sent to them.

1. Register your team entry to Race The Thames Virtual 2025

2. Register you (the Team Captain) as a Participant in Race The Thames Virtual 2025

3. Provide you with a unique link that can be sent to your other Team Members to add themselves as participants to your team

4. Provide you with a link to set up your Team's fundraising page (optional for paid entries).
